February is American Heart Month! We sat down with Mr. Chris Martin, an Assistant Clinical Professor here at Auburn University School of Nursing, and talked all about heart health. He shares some great stories from his clinical experience, gives practical tips on how to keep a healthy heart, and even lets us in on some things he’s doing personally to follow his own advice!
